We can offer you 11 meeting rooms for 8 to 140 people, ideally suited not only to your seminars, business meetings, congresses, AGMs, cocktail parties and receptions but also to your family functions.
These bright, naturally-lit areas are fully modular; they are air-conditioned, soundproofed, and equipped with everything you need to ensure the success of your event.
You will be able to add hospitality to professionalism by offering your guests a combination of work, sport and relaxation thanks to the nearby Forest Hill sports club (swimming pool, sauna, fitness room) – access is free of charge for our guests.
Our packages include room hire, free Wi-Fi very high-speed by fiber optics, a paperboard with marker pens, a video projector, bottles of mineral water, a morning break with hot drinks, fruit juice and croissant-type bakery goods, and a sweet break in the afternoon.
We can also provide you with everything you need to organise your event well: television set, tape recorder, video camera, DVD player, sound system, microphone, photocopier, secretarial services, fax, video projector, raised platform, lectern, etc. You only need to ask.
We also offer “working day” packages, including meals, with or without accommodation.
For your large-scale events, we can offer you our reception and banqueting area, a huge 150-sq.m. room, large enough for 100 guests seated at tables, 80 guests for a buffet, or up to 200 people for a cocktail party.
Our team puts all its skill at your disposal for organising seminars, and will help you with everything else you may need so that you can receive your guests under the best possible conditions.
