We have 12 comfortable, functional meeting rooms that can seat up to 180 people. With movable wall partitions, they adapt perfectly to the organisation of your conferences, business meetings, congresses, AGMs, cocktails, receptions, etc. but also for family reunions.
Air-conditioned and sound-proofed, these light rooms all have daylight and all the equipment you need to facilitate the organisation of your event.
You can combine hospitality and professionalism by inviting your guests to combine work, sport and relaxation in the Forest Hill Aubervilliers Sports Club, free for our clients.
Our flat rates include the hiring of the venue, free Wi-Fi very high-speed by fiber optics, paper-board with felt tips, videoprojector, bottles of mineral water, boiled sweets, and a morning break with hot drinks, fruit juice and croissants and an afternoon break with cakes.
You only have to ask, and we will also provide all other equipment you need for your event: Television, videorecorder, film camera, DVD reader, PA system, microphone, photocopier, secretary service, fax, platform, lectern, etc. You only need to ask.
We also offer half-board or full board “work day” flat rates with meals and room.
For important events, we have our banqueting and reception venue, a huge room seating up to 180 people.
